International Management Trainee

We are now recruiting management trainees to support our business expansion as we continue to tap into new markets across the globe. Our International Management Trainee Program is designed to nurture and develop future leaders in business management and professional functions to support us in driving greater business success and providing the best service for our customers.

About the Program:

S.F. Express International Business Unit Management Trainee Program is a 1-year development program that provides a comprehensive view of our business operations, business models and organizational structure. In order for you to gain hands-on and practical industry experience, you will undertake several missions that will enable you to discover our various fields of expertise such as Operations, Sales & Marketing, Product, Customer Service, Human Resource, General Affairs and you will rotate between different roles including frontline operations at service stations and distributions hubs. In addition, you will learn about our culture and management philosophy through training and practical work in Shenzhen China and overseas countries.

Apart from technical know-how, the program will also develop and strengthen your ability to analyze, prioritize and act on goals from a strategic leadership perspective with the support of assigned supervisors, mentors and the Human Resources Department.

Upon Completion of the Program:

You will be placed in a position under one of our business functions either in the International Business Unit Headquarters or in one of our country offices. Your performance, work behavior, professional knowledge, competencies, career aspirations and the requirements of the company constitute the deciding factors for what role you will be assigned to.

Opportunities for further career advancement will be available for trainees who demonstrate exceptional performance and work attitude and behavior.

Requirements:

• University graduates in all disciplines; degree in logistics, supply chain management, Marketing or industrial engineering preferred but not essential
• Foreign nationality，age under 30 years old (regardless of  the work experience)
• Demonstrate leadership and management potential
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Good presentation and analytical skills
• Eager to learn and a fast learner
• Proactive and value adding in approach to work
• Highly committed, hardworking and self-disciplined
• Excellent command of both spoken & written English.
• High mobility and willing to assign/station overseas
